All of the work we sell is original art work, handmade in Thailand by real Thai artisans using traditional skills and authentic Thai resources. Because of this, each item is unique and may differ slightly from the images shown on this site. Since Asia Products has a base in Thailand and buys direct from Thai artisans we can help you to source art and craftwork – please talk to us if you are looking for something other than the work that is shown on this website.
Asia Products LLC sells only the purest gems from Thailand – the colored gemstone cutting center of the world. All of our gem buyers have been fully trained to identify quality colored gemstones by the Gemological Institute of America, but we also have each gem verified by local gem laboratories. This ensures that we provide you with only the purest, highest quality gems. Asia Products can also locate gems of irregular size or shape for wholesale prices. This includes sourcing large quantities of a particular type or size of gem. Please talk to us if you have a size, shape or color in mind. During our travels throughout Thailand, we have gathered together a remarkable collection of royalty-free photographs that exquisitely document the natural beauty that is found throughout this amazing country. 5. Returns must be in their original
packaging. Packaging must be in original condition it cannot be torn or damaged.
6. All accessories and Certificates of
authenticity must be returned with item prior to the refund of money.
DAMAGES
IF YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM,
PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL. Customer must send item back with the
original invoice, we will refund the money plus cost of shipping.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please submit any cancellation via

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order
number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information
originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that
we may contact you if we have a question in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of you order,
providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that
a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped
out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including
shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the
order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
